What we collect
The details you send us through a form, WhatsApp, email or a call — your name, phone number, email address and what you are looking for.
Basic, anonymous usage information about how the website is used, to keep it working and improve it.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, send you spaces that fit, arrange viewings and handle the lease or sale you ask us to.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to newsletters you did not ask for.
Who we share it with
With the owner or landlord of a space you are interested in, and with the authorities where a transaction requires it (for example Ejari or the Dubai Land Department).
Your shortlist
Spaces you save, compare or view are kept in your own browser, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to hello@privatehaus.ae.
